Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services following physician orders and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in care planning and discharge meetings.

    • Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP, with preferred experience in skilled nursing. Strong communication and organizational skills required.
