Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in adults.
Provide therapeutic interventions, supervise aides, students, and volunteers, and document clinical progress and billing. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure resident safety, comply with policies, maintain accurate records, and participate in care conferences and quality initiatives. Support departmental and organizational goals while representing the facility professionally. Work in a healthcare environment that may involve exposure to infectious materials, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
