Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team in a senior care community.

Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Provide evidence-based therapy services following physician orders and facility policies.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning meetings.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP, with preferred experience in a skilled nursing setting.
