Job Description
This full-time Speech/Language Pathologist role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients referred by physicians to improve communication and swallowing functions.
Performs assessments, develops treatment plans, and documents care in medical records.
Educates patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive care, and involves them in treatment decisions.
Coordinates with healthcare teams, participates in performance improvement, and adheres to safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, and preferably experience with geriatric populations.
Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with physical ability to perform related activities.
