Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic *Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our locally owned home health care team in the Sacramento region. The role involves providing exceptional patient care through clinical assessment, transition planning, and service coordination for patients with complex needs.


  • Licensed in California with an MS in Speech-Language Pathology and at least 1 year of full-time experience
  • Current CPR certification, insured driver with reliable vehicle
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a passion for patient care
  • Organized, positive attitude with a sense of ownership
