We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide quality care at a reputable skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation in line with organizational and professional standards. Serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate, participate in quality assurance, and deliver compassionate, customer-focused care. Offer flexible full-time, part-time, PRN, and per diem schedules with competitive pay ($55-$70/hour) and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and professional development. Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology, current licensure, knowledge of Medicare and payer sources, and prior SNF experience preferred.
