Job Description

The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) provides specialized assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with severe behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, and supporting communication strategies within behavior plans.

Qualifications require a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with children with severe disabilities. Preferred skills include ABA, AAC systems, and bilingual abilities.

This part-time role offers 8-10 hours weekly, a pay range of $50-$70/hour, and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a collaborative environment.
