Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for FMLA coverage at elementary and junior high schools in Harvard, IL. This onsite role runs from January 5 to March 16, 2026, with a 35-hour workweek (8:00 AM–3:30 PM) and offers an hourly rate of $45–$55.

Responsibilities include providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, collaborating with staff and families, and maintaining documentation. The caseload includes students with mild–moderate communication needs across grades K–3 and 6–8.

Qualifications required are an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement, active licensure, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. School experience is preferred.
