Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting clients with behavioral and mental health challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or related field; current state licensure; CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of AAC systems and experience with clients with mental health needs are a plus.
