Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide comprehensive speech and language evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering interventions (articulation, language, voice, cognitive therapy), monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Educating patients and families, participating in team meetings, and ensuring quality documentation are essential.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in speech pathology, California license, and clinical fellowship completion for CCC-SLP eligibility. Prior experience, especially in skilled nursing, is preferred.
