Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech, language, and hearing services to students from preschool through high school transitions, under supervision of educational directors.
Conducts evaluations, assessments, and data analysis to identify communication needs.
Develops and implements individualized education programs (IEPs) and provides direct therapy services to remediate speech and language impairments.
Collaborates with school personnel, parents, and community stakeholders through meetings and consultations.
Participates in student placement, screenings, and progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Promotes research-based best practices, supports diversity, and maintains professional competence.
Completes reports, attends IEP and 504 meetings, and provides supervision and case management.
Full-time position offering a salary of $125,000/year with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and flexible scheduling.
Requires current SLP license, ability to work in Fairfield, CA, and willingness to relocate if necessary.
