Job Description

Seeking a full-time speech language pathologist (SLP) for a therapeutic special education boarding school outside Charlottesville, VA, working with adolescent boys (ages 9-17) facing learning, developmental, and social-emotional challenges. The SLP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and art therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive speech, language, executive functioning, and social skills interventions.


Responsibilities include diagnosing, evaluating, developing individualized plans, providing therapy through various modalities, and supporting staff with progress reports and consultations. Candidates should have a master’s degree in speech pathology and Virginia licensure or reciprocity eligibility.
