Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings, with additional support in residential environments.
The role involves conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals. The SLP will adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges, maintain documentation, and participate in team and professional development activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current state licensure, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication. Preferred credentials include ASHA certification and experience with AAC systems and mental health support strategies.
