Job Description

The Speech Therapist provides comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments and treatments in a skilled nursing facility.
They develop individualized care plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and monitor patient progress, collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients and families.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in speech pathology, California licensure, and clinical fellowship completion for CCC-SLP eligibility.
Preferred experience includes at least two years in speech therapy and skilled nursing.
