Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, and family education.
Deliver individualized treatment programs, perform comprehensive evaluations, and develop treatment plans with physician approval.
Communicate progress with team members, document services accurately, and manage billing documentation.
Supervise clinical staff and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, including conferences and family education.
Support professional development through continuing education and peer collaboration.
Promote a positive, safe, and professional work environment, adhering to safety practices and facility standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and state licensure. Must be able to perform CPR and meet physical requirements.
