This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, communicate progress to team and families, supervise clinical staff, ensure accurate documentation, and support facility safety practices.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA license or candidate, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, current CPR certification, and ability to work in San Pablo, CA.
