Job Description

This Speech Language Pathologist role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and cognitive disorders, developing measurable goals, and managing treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Review patient records, track progress, and modify goals as needed.
  • Train ABA staff on supporting SLP goals and communicate regularly with the treatment team, families, and external providers.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure effective delivery of therapy sessions.

    Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

    The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 – $45.00. Candidates should reside near Lynnwood, Renton, or Bellingham and may occasionally work in-office.
