This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, communicate with team and families, supervise staff, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC certification, CA state license or candidate, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, with physical ability for direct patient care.

Compensation & Benefits: $58-$62/hour, health insurance, and in-person work in San Pablo, CA.

Note: Requires current CPR certification and ability to perform CPR if needed.
