Job Description

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting 5th and 6th-grade students at a local elementary school.

  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Annual salary between $67,500 – $80,300 based on experience
    • $5,000 hiring bonus (split over time)
    • 186-day contract with paid medical insurance covering premiums

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct speech/language screenings and evaluations
    • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
    • Consult with parents and staff regarding student progress
    • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

  • Requirements:
    • Valid AZ SLP certification and licensure
    • Clearance with IVP Fingerprint Card
    • Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed under stress
