Job Description

The Speech Therapist role at a skilled nursing facility in Livermore, CA involves providing comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions such as articulation, language development, voice, and cognitive therapy.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and participating in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in speech pathology
• California license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Passing Praxis exam and completing clinical fellowship for CCC-SLP application
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience, Skilled Nursing experience
