Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility.

  • Evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and communicate progress to families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.
  • Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team meetings, and integrate multidisciplinary insights into patient care.
  • Support professional development through continuing education and peer interactions.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and professional work environment, adhering to safety protocols and facility standards.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and applicable state licensure.
