Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over one year.

Job Overview: Provide patient-centered therapy to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform therapy aligned with clinical best practices.
  • Document services accurately, manage billing, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings and training.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff, promoting a positive, safe, and professional work environment.

    • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, valid California SLP license, CCC, and CPR certification. Ability to work in person in San Pablo, CA, with physical ability for patient care tasks.


    Compensation & Benefits: $58.00 – $62.00/hour, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
