Job Description

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a rewarding early intervention role working with children birth to 3 years and their families in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include providing individualized, evidence-based speech therapy, developing and implementing IFSP goals, conducting assessments, and acting as a service coordinator to support family needs and child development.

Qualifications include current MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to culturally humble, family-centered care. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Offers a salary range of $67,000 to $72,000, flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, retirement, paid time off, professional development, mileage reimbursement, and optional extras), and a collaborative team environment.
