  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Document progress and update strategies accordingly.
  • Stay current with industry research and techniques.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid licensure, ASHA certification, pediatric and school experience, and familiarity with early intervention.

    Position is full or part-time, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. In-person work Monday through Friday.
