Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with at least 7+ years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team in Thornton, CO.

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and direct therapy to pediatric clients via in-person and telehealth services.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise SLPAs and partner with families, educators, and referring professionals to support child progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings and case reviews.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Colorado SLP license or eligibility, strong collaboration skills, and telehealth experience. Preference for knowledge of AAC, early intervention, and bilingual skills.
