High-paying part-time in-person SLP position with an elementary caseload and a private office, offering potential full-time renewal for 2026-2027.
Our therapists provide direct services, evaluations, and attend IEP and evaluation meetings via in-person or Zoom, focusing on an academic, child-led approach when collaborating with families and teachers.
**Advantages:**

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct assessments for students aged 5-10.
– Develop individualized treatment plans.
– Use evidence-based techniques to improve speech and language skills.
– Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
– Monitor progress digitally, maintain detailed documentation.
– Educate families on home strategies.
**Requirements:**
– Master’s degree (completed or in progress).
– Washington ESA or Conditional ESA.
– Experience with pediatric populations.
– Clean background check.
– Knowledge of speech physiology and anatomy.
**Pay:** $55-$65/hour
