Job Description
This full-time Speech/Language Pathologist position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders following physician referrals.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
The role requires performing assessments, educating patients and families, and addressing psychosocial and cultural needs with dignity and respect.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensure in Kentucky, and experience working with diverse populations, preferably geriatrics.
Essential skills involve strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with physical and mental requirements supporting patient interactions and documentation.
