Job Description

Join our growing therapy team as a Part-Time & PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on enhancing residents’ communication and swallowing abilities.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in residents, following physician orders and care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in team collaborations and resident care conferences.

Provide person-centered care while fostering a warm, respectful environment.

Meet licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Compensation is $55-$60/hour for 5-15 hours weekly, with benefits including 401(k), matching, and continuing education credits. The role requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position.
