Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a special education center serving children with autism and neurodivergent needs in Redmond, WA.
- Provide direct therapy per IEPs, including AAC programming and assistive technology management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement communication strategies.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and goal setting.
- Create aided language supports and support students’ functional communication.
Ideal candidates have experience with gestalt language processing, high-tech AAC, and push-in models. The center values a relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach in a collaborative environment.
