Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 BONUS

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services.

Deliver care aligned with state guidelines and interdisciplinary team plans

Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

Document sessions and educate patients and caregivers

Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings

Maintain accurate records and adjust care as needed

Qualifications: Current Oregon license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.

Pay: Up to $105,000/year. This role offers meaningful patient connections, a flexible schedule, and a supportive, faith-based environment. Relocation to Corvallis, OR is required for some positions.
