Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 BONUS

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services, focusing on communication and swallowing improvements.

Deliver care in accordance with state laws and patient care plans

Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

Document sessions and progress accurately

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques

Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in meetings

Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to guidelines

Occasionally provide in-service education

Qualifications: Current Oregon SLP license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.
