Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid over one year).

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered assessments and treatments to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to team and professional development.

Key Responsibilities include: Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, communicate progress, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Foster a positive, safe work environment and participate in team meetings and education activities.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, California license or candidate status, CCC-SLP certification, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, and current CPR if applicable. Ability to work primarily in a clinical setting with physical requirements including standing, reaching, and safe patient handling.

Compensation ranges from $65.00 to $70.00/hour, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance. This role involves in-person work within a skilled nursing facility environment.
