This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over the first year.
Position Overview: Provide patient-centered treatment to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to team meetings. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support professional development through ongoing education.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and valid California SLP license or license candidate. Must have CCC and CPR certification if required.
Physical & Work Environment: Spend most time performing hands-on therapy, with some desk work; maintain safe working practices.
Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate between $65.00 and $75.00, with health insurance included.
