Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Job Description

Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist position offering $60+ per hour (DOE) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, in-home sessions in Santa Barbara, CA, and surrounding areas.

About the Role: Providing direct clinical services, assessments, and consultations for children, integrating Early Start and DIRFloortime principles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings and assessments.
• Implement treatment plans and document progress.
• Maintain equipment, prepare materials, and complete clerical duties.
• Deliver tailored in-home sessions based on child’s treatment plan.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings, complete administrative tasks, and ensure compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• California SLP Certification and active license.
• Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA certification.
• Strong desire to learn relationship-based models and passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
