Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts. Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, California license or license eligibility, CCC-SLP certification, 2-3 years of experience preferred, strong communication skills, and physical ability to perform clinical duties.

Compensation & Benefits: $65.00 – $75.00/hour, health insurance, with work primarily in person.
