This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year.
_Position Overview:_
Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and interprofessional communication.
_Key Responsibilities:_
– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
– Communicate progress with patients, families, and healthcare team
– Supervise clinical staff and document services accurately
– Contribute to team meetings and professional development
– Ensure safety and uphold professional standards
_Qualifications:_
– Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– 2-3 years rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred
– CCC-SLP certification, current CA license, and CPR required
– Strong communication, teamwork, and safety skills
_Physical & Other Details:_
– 60-80% of time spent on direct patient care
– Hourly pay rate: $65-$75
