Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year, to provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
Provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to enhance speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities. Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, documenting services accurately. Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team conferences and professional development. Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and safety standards. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP, California license or candidate, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and safety practices.
Compensation ranges from $65.00 to $75.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance. This in-person role requires physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.
