Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to optimize functional outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate and treat patients, and communicate progress to families and staff. Document services accurately to meet regulatory and billing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations; develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval.
• Supervise clinical staff and document patient progress clearly and accurately.
• Contribute to team meetings, share expertise, and educate staff and families.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC-SLP and California license required.
• 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
