Speech Language Pathologist – $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Job Description

Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist position offering $60+ per hour (DOE) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, located in-home in Santa Barbara, CA & surrounding areas.

About the Role:

Provide direct clinical services, assessments, and consultations for children, integrating Early Start and DIRFloortime principles.

Responsibilities include conducting speech-language screenings, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, performing assessments, managing equipment, and tailoring in-home sessions. Attend staff meetings, complete administrative tasks, and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• California SLP certification and active license
• ASHA certification
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• Passion for working with children with autism
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
