Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to provide patient care and support within a therapy department.

Essential functions include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing treatment plans; documenting services accurately; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities also involve supervising clinical staff, educating families and staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or license candidate, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.

Work involves direct patient care (60-80%), with additional support activities, and requires physical ability to perform treatments. Benefits include health insurance, with compensation ranging from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour.
