Job Description

Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with compensation paid over a year.

**Position Purpose:**
Provide direct patient care and support to enhance therapy outcomes by evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and documenting services accurately.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.
– Communicate progress to team members and families.
– Supervise clinical staff and document services per regulations.
– Integrate multidisciplinary input and contribute to team meetings.
– Maintain current knowledge through ongoing education.
– Promote a positive, professional work environment and ensure safety standards.

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and California license or eligibility.
– 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
– Strong communication, supervision, and safety skills.
– Ability to spend 60-80% of time providing direct patient care.

– Pay rate: $55-$65/hour.
