Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, with pay distributed over one year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with current standards.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with team members, patients, and families.
• Supervise clinical staff and document services accurately for compliance and billing.
• Contribute to team meetings, education, and professional development.
• Maintain safety and promote a positive facility culture through professional conduct and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC certification.
• California licensure or licensure candidacy.
• 2-3 years rehab experience preferred; strong communication and supervisory skills required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform patient treatments involving stooping, reaching, and safety procedures.
