This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus paid throughout the first year.

Position Overview: To deliver patient-centered therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, supporting positive outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document patient progress accurately, communicate with families and medical staff, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to professional development. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, facilitate team collaboration, and promote a positive facility culture. Practice safety measures consistently.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification. Strong communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology are essential.

Compensation & Benefits: $55.00 – $65.00/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
