Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to provide patient care and support activities in a skilled nursing facility.
Primarily evaluates and treats speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing treatment plans, communicating with families and team members, and documenting services accurately. Supervises clinical staff and contributes to interdisciplinary team efforts and professional development through education and conferences. Ensures safe working practices, maintains positive facility culture, and supports quality patient outcomes. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid license. Physical requirements involve working with patients and maintaining safety standards. Pay ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance. Expect approximately 40 hours per week in person, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
