Job Description

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year.

_Position Overview:_ To deliver direct patient care and support activities that promote optimal speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing outcomes.

_Key Responsibilities:_ Evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to professional growth. Ensure safe practices and integrate team input into patient care.

_Qualifications:_ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, CA license or license candidate, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CPR certification if required. Must have strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and ability to supervise staff.

_Additional Details:_ Compensation ranges from $55-$65/hour, with benefits including health insurance. Job involves both clinical and administrative tasks, requiring physical ability to work with patients and perform CPR if necessary.
