Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans and communicating progress to families and healthcare teams. Document services accurately, manage billing, and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, including training staff and participating in care conferences. Supervise clinical staff and foster professional development through continuing education and peer collaboration. Promote a positive, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment and workspaces. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid license.
Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, and requires in-person work. Expected hours are 40 per week.
