Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus with compensation paid over one year.

  • Job Purpose: Provide patient-centered therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting professional development.
  • Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document services accurately, supervise staff, educate patients and families, and contribute to team meetings. Maintain safety protocols and foster a positive work environment.
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CA license or license candidate, CCC-SLP certification, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification if required. Physical ability to perform direct patient care is necessary.
  • Details: $55-$65/hour, approximately 40 hours/week, benefits include health insurance, and in-person work location. Both full-time and part-time options available.
