Speech Language Pathologist, $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a 1-year payout schedule.

Position Overview: Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document services accurately.
• Communicate patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Supervise clinical staff and support professional development.
• Contribute to a positive facility culture and demonstrate safe working practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure in California.
• 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Physical ability to perform patient treatments and support activities.

Details: Full-time, 40 hours/week, $55-$65/hour, with health benefits and in-person work. CPR certification required if applicable.
