Evaluate and treat residents with diverse diagnoses following physician’s orders. Provide skilled speech therapy, including assessments, treatment plans, and documentation. Maintain accurate records, assist with training, and ensure confidentiality and safety. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to policies and procedures.
