Full-time Pediatric Speech Therapist position in Grand Forks offering guaranteed 40 hours/week with a flexible 4-day schedule option.
Compensation ranges from $34–$42/hour based on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Structured 3-month mentorship and supportive team environment. Variety of settings including clinic, daycare, and home-based services with no weekend work. Build your caseload through evaluations and community demand typically allows full caseload in 8–10 weeks. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and educating on speech, language, and swallowing disorders, with detailed documentation and collaboration. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-language Pathology, valid ND/MN license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with healthcare databases.
